Delete your account

You can permanently delete your flappr account and its data at any time. Here’s how — and exactly what gets removed.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open flappr and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Your account and associated data are deleted right away, and you’re signed out. This action can’t be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@flappr.app from the email address on your account (or include your handle) and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and authentication record, email, and handle.
Your avatar selection.
Your gameplay data — scores, daily-drop runs, streaks, XP, duel ratings, quests, and league standings.
Your friend-circle memberships, invites, and nudges.
Your push-notification tokens.

What may be retained

Limited records we’re legally required to keep (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records tied to a purchase), retained only as long as the law requires.
Routine, time-limited server backups and security logs, which age out on their normal schedule.

About subscriptions: deleting your flappr account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
